Event Registration/Signup
When there is an upcoming ballgame we usually send out emails to our players in order to see how is coming to the game.
It would be very helpful if Sportspress (Pro) has some sort of event registration feature:
- Sending emails to all current players (manually or automatic) with a link to the page
- Event registration page: Players can sign up for the event or decline. If they sign up some additional fields (coming with car, comments, ...) would be helpful.
- Registration status can be seen by players and admins

It would be great if the player role could sign up for an event and have them automatically pop for user submitted scores so our game manager can submit scores to registered players without having to sort through all of them. even better if there were restrictions based on paid membership levels and/or pay to register per event.
